We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors or details perfectly.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We accept major payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

4. Shipping Policy

All orders will be confirmed within 2 business days from the date of the order and shipped within 7 business days from the date of the order. Processing and shipping times does not include weekends and holidays.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other shipping disruptions once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via within seven (7) business days of receipt and a store credit will be issued In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be in unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

**We do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, bodystockings, panties, pasties, or any other intimate items for hygiene reasons. Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The incorrect item was received

All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.

 

6. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers or vendors. While we work with trusted partners, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party fulfillment services once the order has been processed.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Karma’s Closet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

All products are used at the customer’s own discretion and risk.

 

8. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review product descriptions and sizing before purchase
  • Provide accurate shipping information
  • Understand our return policy before placing an order

We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
