Refund & Return Policy

If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via within seven (7) business days of receipt and a store credit will be issued In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be in unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

Lingerie & Body Jewelry
Due to the intimate nature of these products, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including lingerie, bodystockings, panties, and pasties.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit.   

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
